Responsibilities
- Events & Activations
- Support the planning and execution of local events such as trade shows seminars webinars roadshows and certification sessions.
- Coordinate event logistics materials agendas and on-site support.
- Help ensure event registrations and attendance working with sales teams partners and communities.
- Communications & Invitations
- Execute event and webinar invitations via email social media and partner channels.
- Follow up with reminders and post-event communications to maximize participation.
- Support the promotion of events with distributors and integrators.
- Content & Trade Marketing
- Localize and organize presentations marketing materials and event assets.
- Support the creation and promotion of local case studies and success stories.
- Assist in basic trade marketing activities with partners.
- PR Social Media & Communities
- Publish and schedule regional social media content focused on events certifications and use cases.
- Support communication with professional media and industry platforms.
- Help manage local communities (Telegram WhatsApp Facebook LinkedIn).
- Sales & Partner Support
- Work closely with sales and partner teams to support marketing activities.
- Coordinate with distributors and partners for local promotions and events.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
- Fluency in Spanish English and Portuguese will be a plus
- Background in the security industry is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in planning and executing events and promotional actions
- Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful communications and messages
- Proactive open-minded and results-driven professional with an ambitious yet easy-going approach
- Willingness to travel across the LATAM region
