Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in dealership profitability by delivering compliant finance solutions maximizing product performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products in a transparent ethical and compliant manner

• Structure and submit deals to approved lenders to obtain competitive financing terms

• Ensure all F&I transactions comply with federal state and lender regulations

• Accurately prepare review and finalize all finance and insurance documentation

• Maintain strong PVR product penetration and chargeback control

• Build and maintain positive relationships with lending partners

• Collaborate with and support the sales team to improve deal flow and compliance

• Stay current on manufacturer programs lender guidelines and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager required

• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (OFAC Red Flags TILA privacy laws etc.)

• Proven track record of financial performance and ethical sales practices

• Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented dealership environment
