- $2500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days)
- $2500 Retention Bonus (paid after 90 days)
- $5000 Retention Bonus (paid after 6 months)
The effective rate for this role is between $28 - $35 per hour. We also providea wide range of competitive benefits including:

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one year of verifiable driving experience
- 21 years of age
- Valid CMV / CDL / Class A license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. for extended periods
- High School Diploma or equivalency or a combination of education and experience
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate company equipment in a safe and professional manner
- Deliver products to licensed retail accounts as invoiced
- Check in orders with customers using excellent customer service
- Collect and return payments as required
- Account for all delivered and returned merchandise
- Complete all required delivery and route paperwork
- Follow daily truck check-in processes
- Report any truck service or safety concerns
- Maintain an accurate DOT logbook if required
- Adhere to all DOT regulations
- Attend monthly safety meetings and required training
- Report any moving violations to management
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
