$2500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days)
$2500 Retention Bonus (paid after 90 days)
$5000 Retention Bonus (paid after 6 months)

The effective rate for this role is between $28 - $35 per hour. We also providea wide range of competitive benefits including:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum one year of verifiable driving experience
21 years of age
Valid CMV / CDL / Class A license
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. for extended periods
High School Diploma or equivalency or a combination of education and experience

What Youll Be Doing

Operate company equipment in a safe and professional manner
Deliver products to licensed retail accounts as invoiced
Check in orders with customers using excellent customer service
Collect and return payments as required
Account for all delivered and returned merchandise
Complete all required delivery and route paperwork
Follow daily truck check-in processes
Report any truck service or safety concerns
Maintain an accurate DOT logbook if required
Adhere to all DOT regulations
Attend monthly safety meetings and required training
Report any moving violations to management
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
