Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Sets tables arranges place settings and table decorations according to Texas Roadhouse standards.
- Receives guests makes suggestions and answers questions about food wines and other items available.
- Takes and places orders. Receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar when required.
- Maintains sales record. Collects cash or payment by credit card.
- Clears and cleans tables and other customer service areas and Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Meet the agencys local age requirement (18 years old)
- Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages. (Age requirement to serve/sell alcoholic beverages in the state of Texas is 18 years old)
- Must be able and willing to work a schedule that may include nights weekends and holidays
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 chapter 2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

1. Applicant must meet the state of Texas age requirements (18 years old) for the servicing of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment.
2. Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change.
3. Be able to communicate effectively in English.

- This job falls under the Federal Wage Schedule (FWS) pay system. FWS employees earn overtime pay for working more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week -- whichever gives the employee more benefit. Regular full-time regular part-time and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for working on Sundays. Employees may also be eligible to receive extra pay if the majority of their scheduled hours falls after 3:00 PM.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances cost of living (COLA) and differentials will not be paid contingent upon eligibility.
