Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a graphic artist who can give our games a strong visual identity that extends beyond the screen. You will be responsible for the visual development of our announced and published titles both digitally and in print. From eye-catching advertisements and packaging to campaign assets you will ensure that our games are clearly recognizable high-quality and brand-compliant everywhere they appear.
Your designs will accompany our titles throughout their entire life cycle: marketing campaigns live updates or new content. You will think creatively develop fresh visual ideas and ensure that all assetsonline and offlineare consistent well-thought-out and effective.
A central part of your work is close communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You are experienced in working with third-party companies coordinating feedback ensuring brand guidelines are implemented and maintaining an overview even during complex coordination processes. Clear communication structured work and a keen sense of brand requirements are crucial in this role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with responsibility: you know how to inspire players visually in the long term while keeping commercial goals in mind and confidently managing creative processesfrom the initial draft to the final asset.
Key Responsibilities
Visual management and optimization of graphic content for current releases and back catalog titles in digital and print media.
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent visual communication and implement creative measures in line with campaign objectives.
Responsibility for the graphic workflow: organization tracking and timely implementation of assets including feedback and approval processes.
Development and implementation of creative briefings as well as production of new and updated graphics for sales marketing and more.
Ongoing development of visual assets for updates seasonal events and promotions to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Close collaboration with the producer and internal departments such as production sales and marketing for the visual implementation of upcoming content and features.
Collaboration with external partners and third-party companies to create customize and approve brand-compliant assets in print and digital formats.
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines licensing requirements and quality standards across all channels.
Requirements
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in a comparable creative position or a completed apprenticeship/degree in graphic design or a similar field.
- Excellent sense of design brand management and visual consistency.
- Structured independent way of working and strong organizational skills when dealing with several parallel projects.
- Confident use of common graphic design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign and communication tools such as MS Teams and MS Office.
- Clear communication skills and a high degree of reliability.
- Good knowledge of German and English (B1/B2).
- Passion for video games is an advantage.

A payment according to your personal qualifications and experience but definitely a minimum of EUR 33000.- gross annual income. This figure should be seen as a minimum a market-based competitive salary is guaranteed.
