This position is with a community-based nonprofit organization that provides healthcare and support services through 12 health center clinics 19 school based health clinics 1 medical mobile unit 4 pharmacies and 2 administrative sites spread over the six-county service area.

Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000 to $75000
Historical Production Bonus Available

Responsibilities

Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm)
1 Hour Intake / 30 Minute Follow Up
8-12 Patients per Day
