GeneralSummary:The site supervisor is responsible for oversight of residential setting and supervision of direct care RESPONSIBILITIES:Applies behavioral based treatment programs which involve teaching adaptive behaviors as well as independent living skills as outline in the most recent ICHD program and maintains the residential teaching the planning and implementing of residents academic and/or vocational a daily routine for the residential setting based on input from the residential in the development of individual treatment goals for each resident and documents residents treatment process in the implements and documents various aspects of the residents programs including monthly home letters daily log point sheets assessments individual treatment plans incident reports medication forms and any other forms of documentation deemed client files in accordance with ICHD and licensing agencys policies and as a liaison to referring workers to include monthly conferences with individual caseworkers and with transporting residents to and from school vocational placements medical services recreational activities and other appropriate activities as in the hiring training and evaluation of residential sites leadership and supervision for staff assigned to the residential employee and team performance; provides new employee orientation; coaches counsels and motivates on-site instruction to employees or ensures that the instruction is provided by other qualified disciplinary action as needed in consultation with residential director and the Chief Human Resources an ethical non-discriminatory and safe work environment for program staff; establishes effective communication methods; manages conflict and respond to staff for timely completion of all agency/department required employee documentation related to hiring time worked performance/discipline staff development promotions leave request and resignations/ residential setting is fully staffed and fills in for residential direct care staff as for scheduling of staff work schedules and assignments as well as residents activities and emergency back-up support to residential setting as determine by on-call childrens program licensing standards are met by working in collaboration with other site staff and QM/QA Director and staff regarding licensing and quality assurance ensure various ICHD contract responsibilities are in and conducts as necessary staff meetings house meetings staff training workshops and in-service agency purchasing and accounting primary responsibility for client an approved schedule and acceptable level of other duties as assigned or necessary as the relate to the general nature of the :Education Bachelors degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred. Any bachelors degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health work experience :Minimum 18 years of Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).CPR First Aid & AED certification if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).Valid Arizona Drivers License 39-month Motor Vehicle Report proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company insurance requirements if TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
