Job Summary
The Grounds Maintenance team
Wereresponsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to our customers. This covers a large geographicalareaand our customers includes market rent shared ownership and independent living communities on many estates or the whole estate. We also provide a reactionary service where wehave todeal with hazards which can be anything from dumped items to clearing snow on our independent living blocks.
Werealso responsible for the management of the trees and like toretainas many as possible or replant if any are removed. We believe that the trees play a big part in our communities by providing shade in the summer and promote a healthy wellbeing as well as offsetting our carbon footprint.
Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Eastleigh - and we need you!
Werelooking for a proactivegreat teamplayer and someone with a good eye for detailwhoslooking for a new challenge.
Working within a teamyoullbe responsible forthe upkeep of the external communal areas grassshrubsand hedges. You may alsobe requiredto undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.
Youllbe covering sites across Eastleigh Hampshire and surrounding areas from our main base and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.

Whatyoullneed:

Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience

PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable but not essential)

NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

A full drivers licence (with towing licence desirable)
Well provide you with your uniform a van fitted with a van vault racking and inverter a fuel card company tablet & mobile as well as the PPEyou need to let you crack on with what you do best.
