The Opportunity:
The LPN/RPN and RPN works as a professional member of the care team collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge skills judgment and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN/RPN/RPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications:
Demonstrates leadership coaching and mentorship skills
Completion of Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse program from an accredited educational institution
Registration and membership in good standing with BCCNM
3 years of experience with seniors health
Current CPR training
Working knowledge of MS Office programs
Regular demonstration of AgeCares values of Trust Respect Quality and Teamwork
