The Director of Scouting will lead and manage the identification and evaluation of football prospects and provide strategic insights to support recruiting and roster planning. The position will lead the football personnel staff in the evaluation of current student-athletes. The position will also assist the Director of Recruiting in identifying evaluating and recruiting high school student-athletes. The role will assist the Football General Manager with player representation relations and support the coaching staff with overall roster construction for the football program.
