What youll do:
prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist with food preparation plating the tray line system (food service assembly line) and timely meal delivery
maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas
operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment
unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies
occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g. ovens grills)
What youll bring:
high school diploma or ged preferred
previous food service or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required
successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
ability to lift/move 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
attention to detail and strong hygiene practices
