We are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to join our sales team in the United States
Purpose
The position will be a part of the SAS Cargo Global Sales unit. The units overall goal is to maximize revenues in both offline and online channels as well as manage and develop SAS Cargos customer base.
SAS Cargo is an independent and wholly owned subsidiary of Scandinavian Airlines with its head office in Copenhagen. We offer cargo capacity throughout the entire SAS network as well as through an extensive trucking network. SAS Cargos values include a strong focus on quality digitalization and sustainability.
As a Regional Key Account Manager in the U.S. you will work closely with the Country Sales Manager U.S. as well as with the U.S. cargo sales team the Head of Sales International and with other relevant business units in the SAS Cargo Group.
Skills and abilities
A solid background in the air cargo industry with a demonstrated history of commercial success and progressive career advancement
Strong communication and presentation skills and techniques
Organizational skills including ability to multi-task with changing priorities
A professional demeanor with a proven ability to turn a good customer relationship into sound business
The knowledge or ability to rapidly master knowledge of SAS Cargos products services systems network organization and people.
Bachelors degree or commensurate industry experience
Ideally the successful candidate will be based near one of our main US gateway cities - Atlanta Chicago or New York - and will involve occasional travel within the surrounding market.
Other of Importance
The successful candidate will report to Head of Sales International (Nicklas Krandorf).
