Epic-certified Cogito Manager (100% Remote)
- Lead the Cogito analytics workstream for a Cerner to Epic EHR migration.
- Assess and map Cerner reporting/analytics assets to Epic Cogito solutions.
- Oversee Epic Cogito build configuration and optimization (including Clarity Caboodle Radar and SlicerDicer).
- Collaborate with clinical operational finance and IT stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Manage data validation reconciliation and testing to ensure post-conversion reporting accuracy.
- Support dashboard development KPI definition and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with Epic third-party vendors and internal data teams throughout the implementation process.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Cogito analysts and reporting teams including escalation support.
- Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards.
- Opportunity to influence enterprise reporting strategy and build analytics infrastructure from the ground up.
