Facility: SNF
Shifts: AM and PM
Contract Length: Long term 3 6 or 12 month
Pay Rate: Earn up to $18/hr for all taxable hours!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities including but not limited to bathing dressing and meal preparation.
• Engage in companionship and recreational activities with the care recipient.
• Provide emotional support and a listening ear to both the care recipient and their family.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the care recipient.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by the family or primary caregiver. Keep accurate records of activities and any changes in the care recipients condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
• Providing mobility assistance may be required for example helping the client in and out of bed a chair or a wheelchair.
• Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health behavior and needs.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required.
• Further education may be beneficial.
• Job experience as a in home caregiver.
• Must have Current - BLS/CPR
• A drivers license may be strongly desired.
• Updated Resume
• A professional and friendly attitude. A willingness to work flexible hours which may include night shifts.
