Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) Lead
- Location: Wilmington MA (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months
- Minimum 15 years of SAP Finance experience required
- Hands-on leadership in multiple S/4HANA upgrades and implementations
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal
- Lead onsite offshore delivery models and act as primary onsite liaison
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and upgrade best practices
- Responsible for leading FI/CO FSCM Asset Accounting AP/AR and New GL workstreams during upgrades
- Perform Finance simplification item analysis impact assessment and remediation
- Define and govern Finance testing strategies (SIT UAT month-end close simulations)
- Drive Finance defect triage prioritization and sign off processes
- Lead Finance activities for cutover planning mock upgrades downtime validation and go-live readiness
- Support post go-live hypercare system stabilization and Finance user enablement
- Guide adoption of S/4HANA 2025 Finance Fiori apps and reporting enhancements
- Experience with RISE with SAP environments and Fiori apps/embedded analytics
- Familiarity with SAP C ALM/Solution Manager for testing and defect management
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder communication and executive presence
- Proven track record of ownership during cutover go-live and hypercare phases
