Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Drupal.- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.- Familiarity with backend programming languages and database management.- Ability to implement responsive design principles for optimal user experience.
