Support the design development and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is ideal for someone with foundational IAM knowledge programming skills and a strong desire to grow into a senior technical role. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows rules and connectors. Support user provisioning de-provisioning and access certification processes. Perform basic scripting and configuration tasks under guidance from senior developers. Help integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications directories and cloud services. Provide technical support for IAM-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed. Participate in testing debugging and documenting IAM solutions. Assist in access reviews and certification campaigns. Ensure IAM processes align with organizational security and compliance standards. Support audit activities by preparing reports and documentation. Work closely with senior developers security analysts and IT teams. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to solution design discussions. Learn and apply best practices in IAM and SailPoint development. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise 1 3 years of experience in IAM or related IT security roles. Basic knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM platforms. Familiarity with Java Beanshell XML and SQL. Understanding of directory services (Active Directory LDAP) and databases. Professional Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in IAM technologies. Preferred Exposure to cloud IAM (Azure AD AWS IAM). Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. Relevant certifications (e.g. SailPoint training IAM fundamentals)
