Job Summary

AV (Audio Visual) / VC (Video Conferencing) Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Daily AV / VC Support:

  • Perform regular health checks of AV / VC meeting rooms
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco AV / VC solutions
    (Cisco Webex Rooms Cisco VC endpoints codecs touch panels controllers)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Displays and screens
    • Video conferencing systems
    • Microphones speakers cameras and cables
  • Support live meetings and respond to AV / VC issues as per SLA timelines
  • Work on service tickets raised for AV / VC incidents

Equipment Handling & Setup:

  • Support installation replacement and removal of AV / VC equipment
  • Assist with floor-to-floor and room-to-room movement of AV / VC assets using service elevators
  • Pack unpack and handle AV / VC equipment safely during movement or replacement activities

Asset & Inventory Support:

  • Assist with AV / VC asset tagging and inventory reconciliation
  • Ensure proper documentation for asset movement (gate pass handover details)
  • Support audits and validation activities as instructed

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain basic service records and activity logs
  • Follow security safety access control and uniform guidelines
  • Work under defined SOPs and supervision at all times
Important Notes:
  • Role is office-based (corporate environment)
  • No end-user IT support included outside AV / VC scope
  • ID badge are mandatory
  • All work must follow organizational security and safety policies
