Job Summary

AV (Audio Visual) / VC (Video Conferencing) Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Daily AV / VC Support:

Perform regular health checks of AV / VC meeting rooms
Hands-on experience with Cisco AV / VC solutions
(Cisco Webex Rooms Cisco VC endpoints codecs touch panels controllers)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Displays and screens
- Video conferencing systems
- Microphones speakers cameras and cables
Support live meetings and respond to AV / VC issues as per SLA timelines
Work on service tickets raised for AV / VC incidents

Equipment Handling & Setup:

Support installation replacement and removal of AV / VC equipment
Assist with floor-to-floor and room-to-room movement of AV / VC assets using service elevators
Pack unpack and handle AV / VC equipment safely during movement or replacement activities

Asset & Inventory Support:

Assist with AV / VC asset tagging and inventory reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation for asset movement (gate pass handover details)
Support audits and validation activities as instructed

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain basic service records and activity logs
Follow security safety access control and uniform guidelines
Work under defined SOPs and supervision at all times

Important Notes:

Role is office-based (corporate environment)
No end-user IT support included outside AV / VC scope
ID badge are mandatory
All work must follow organizational security and safety policies
