Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and declarative tools.
Build and enhance Salesforce workflows automations triggers validation rules and approval processes.
Develop custom objects page layouts record types and user-facing UI enhancements.
Integration & Data Enablement
Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:
REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware tools (MuleSoft Boomi etc. if applicable)
Assist with data migration transformation and loading using tools such as Data Loader and ETL pipelines.
Ensure clean data modeling aligned to business processes.
Application Support Across Lifecycle
Provide hands-on support through:
Development
SIT/UAT testing
Bug fixing and performance optimization
Deployment and implementation support
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA-driven resolution.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Partner with business analysts application developers QA teams and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives.
Maintain clear documentation of technical designs and delivered functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Salesforce Expertise
3 7 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
Apex programming
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce configuration and declarative development
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments
Technical & Platform Skills
Experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions with:
Triggers Batch Apex Async processing
Governor limits and performance tuning
Familiarity with:
Salesforce security model (profiles permission sets sharing rules)
CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Copado Gearset DevOps Center)
