Job Description:

Architectural Strategy: Define the roadmap for moving from standard Email-to-Case to a Mulesoft-driven agentic solution.
Stakeholder Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders translating business trade-offs into technical requirements.
Operational Excellence: Leverage a pool of developers to ensure production readiness security and performance across the service ecosystem.
Strategic Evaluation: Lead build vs. buy decisions regarding third-party tools to meet specific regulatory or performance standards.
Integration Governance: Design and manage robust integration patterns between Salesforce and Mulesoft to resolve complex threading and compliance gaps.

What You Will Bring

Must Have Experience
Hands-on Development: Deep practical experience developing with Apex Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build custom high-performance solutions.
Salesforce Infrastructure & Service Cloud: Extensive expertise in Service Cloud architecture including case management record type configurations and service console optimization.
Mulesoft & Middleware: Proven track record designing APIs and integration flows that replace native Salesforce functionality with high-scale middleware solutions.
High-Scale Email Integration: Specific experience with complex email-to-case logic and troubleshooting large-scale routing and security requirements.
Regulated Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the data sensitivity security and compliance requirements inherent in a Tier 1 financial institution.
Nice to Have Experience
MS Graph API: Experience with MS Graph API integrations for managing enterprise communication data.
Agentic Solutions: Experience building or overseeing agent-style automation beyond standard Salesforce Agentforce.
