Role Summary

Client is seeking a true hands-on ServiceNow Architect with strong communication skills and real-world architecture and design experience. This role requires on-site presence in Atlanta and ownership of enterprise ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery and integrations. The ideal candidate will lead architecture data modeling automation and system integrations while working closely with network cloud and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow platforms.

Must Have Skills

8 years of progressive IT experience with 5 years of experience architecting enterprise ServiceNow platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with CMDB data modelling and CI relationship mapping.

Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with systems such as SAP Oracle Azure AD Splunk SolarWinds OSS/BSS platforms.

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting Flow Designer IntegrationHub and API integrations (REST SOAP JSON).

Deep understanding of ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery Event Management and data flows.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

Experience supporting large telecom or enterprise environments.

Exposure to AI Ops automation and event correlation platforms.
