Job Summary

Job Title : IBM Mainframe COBOL Systems Analyst (COBOL/Assembler/CICS DB2 z/OS MQ CA-Intertest Government Systems 7 Years)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience working with a government organization including demonstrated business knowledge and hands-on involvement in the technical design development maintenance and end-user support of complex enterprise systems.
Proven experience developing applications using COBOL ASSEMBLER and CICS in an IBM Mainframe environment utilizing TSO for development and system operations.
Hands-on experience creating maintaining and executing MVS JCL for batch processing and operational workflows.
Experience working with IBM DB2/SQL on z/OS including database access query development and support of enterprise data environments.
Experience performing system analysis and design for multi-tier transactional systems including the preparation of technical design specifications for complex component-based architectures.
Experience using IBM MQ Series to support message-based integration and communication across systems.
Experience utilizing CA-Intertest for debugging testing and troubleshooting mainframe applications.
