We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Nursing to provide high-quality care in a supportive healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities-
Monitor and assess psychiatric patients conditions administering prescribed medications and treatments.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Document patient progress and communicate changes promptly to ensure continuity of care.

Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in various psychiatric settings.

Educate patients and families on mental health conditions management strategies and coping techniques.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations safety protocols and facility policies.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.

Demonstrated experience in psychiatric nursing including inpatient or outpatient care.

Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders treatment methods and patient care protocols.

Excellent communication critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compassionate patient-focused and capable of handling sensitive situations professionally.

Experience in mental health crisis intervention.
