Job Title: Application Developer

Required Skills:

Minimum five (5) years of current experience designing and developing web portals for program interfaces and exiting mainframe applications.

Preferred Skills:

Preferred experience in the usage and support of Oracle Portals Content Management System (version 9i and higher) to develop Web-based applications using PL/SQL Programming Language.
Preferred experience developing Web-based applications using HyperText Markup Language (HTML) Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript to develop user friendly interfaces in the presentation of data for easy public consumption.
Preferred experience using Oracle Portals 10g locally built Providers using dynamic pages list of values packages and procedures.
Preferred experience in advanced PL/SQL coding in creating 10g Oracle Portal packages and procedures to access database materials views and tables enable sort functions conditional statements and filtering for enterprise application solutions.
Preferred experience using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) tools to write complex reports using BI Publisher and BI Analytics/Analysis.
