ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our variable compensation framework performance reporting excellence initiatives and imagerecognition execution program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our frontline teams are equipped motivated and rewarded to drive growth.
- Variable Compensation Design: Build and manage the variable compensation structure to align incentives with business priorities and frontline performance.
- Target Setting & Reporting: Set annual and quarterly sales and performance targets and develop reporting that provides clear visibility into progress and opportunities.
- Excellence Program Leadership: Oversee our frontline excellence programan incentive initiative outside of variable compensationdesigned to drive sustained high performance and continuous improvement.
- Image Recognition Program Ownership: Lead the development and rollout of our image recognition program leveraging storeexecution photos to surface insights identify growth opportunities and improve retail performance.
- Experience in optimizing processes and achieving goals
- Ability to assist in managing operations and process improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis to support strategic planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and resolving issues
- Proficiency in analyzing data and providing insights
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Skilled in standard office software and familiar with industry-specific tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
