Were looking to hire 1-2 team members based in or relocating to Atlanta to join our team as a Junior SEO and Digital Marketing Account Manager.
This is a perfect role for someone who is early in their career and has an interest in the mission-driven sector SEO and has a love of presenting / client engagement.
Youll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts at our business analyzing marketing data and providing insights leading the account team and growing our existing relationships with our clients through value add consulting.
Your role will be focused on being the key point of contact for our clients in their relationship with our marketing agency.
The typical day in this role could involve:
Jumping on the phone with a clients CEO or CMO to walk them through the latest months marketing and lead data
Providing a 6 month strategy for content development on a clients website getting buy-in from the client then presenting that information to the internal account team
Working with the client to troubleshoot an SEO issue youve never seen before / need to critically evaluate how to solve
Proposing a way to help the client move faster through an increased engagement size
Perfect candidates for this role will be excited about the idea of being the go-to person for our clients creating a high impact at work everyday and also want to learn a ton about digital marketing / SEO.
Typical clients include software and service providers that power mission-driven industries such as the nonprofit association healthcare and education sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple client accounts with quick answers to marketing questions
Leading monthly check-ins with clients and walk them through whats occurring with their marketing strategy and how we continue to improve progress.
Leveraging multiple tools to provide results for clients including Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMRush Google Data Studio and Lighthouse Tool.
Ability / willingness to troubleshoot situations youve never seen but know you can figure out a solution to through external research and working with your peers.
Desire to partner with clients through a consulting relationship to identify opportunities to deeper the agencys relationship with the client.
Presenting to stakeholders at the CEO CMO Director and Manager level.
Leading the internal client team to deliver high quality results on time and in sync with client expectations.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues related to the clients website.
What makes you a good fit (Qualifications):
Superior academic performance with an overall 3.8 GPA minimum and test scores in the 90th percentile or above.
You went to one of the top educational institutions in the country or Southeast similar to UGA Emory Georgia Tech Auburn UT Elon UofSC UF UA UVA Virginia Tech Clemson Wake Forest Davidson Furman Agnes Scott Duke UNC Vanderbilt Tulane or William and Mary.
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Great presentation skills.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision top-notch time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent computer skills and an aptitude for learning how to use new software and programs.

Base Salary
Starting base salary of $70000
Salary Growth Path (after 6 months)
After completing onboarding and operating independently (owning accounts and co-leading at least one client engagement) you become eligible for base salary increases based on utilization:
$75000 at 40% utilization
$80000 at 60% utilization
Annual Performance Bonus
Based on personal client and/or company performance
Range: $0 $8000 per year
Target: $4000
Client Account Growth Bonus
Eligible after your first 6 months
Range: $0 $8000 per quarter
Up to $32000 annually
Team Performance Bonus
Annual bonus tied to overall team success
Range: $0 $4000 per year
Health Insurance Stipend: $100/month if you opt out of the company healthcare plan
Optional Leave Cash-Out: Up to $3150 annually if you choose to cash out unused leave
Expected Year 1 total compensation: $85500
Strong upside with utilization performance and client growth
Compensation increases in future years as responsibility and impact grow

6 months of onboarding take on your own accounts coleading an account
Bonus eligible if independent
$75000 - 40% utilized

Eligible for a bonus based on personal client and/or company performance. Your bonus range is $0 - $8000 per year with a target of $4000.
Eligible for an additional bonus based on client account growth after your first 6 months with the business. Your bonus range is $0 - $8000 per quarter ($0 - $32000 per year).
Eligible for an annual bonus based on team performance. Bonus range is $0 to $4000 per year.
Monthly stipend of $100 for health insurance if you choose not to enroll in the companys healthcare plan.
Optional Life leave cash-out value of $2700 per year if you choose to cash it out rather than using it. (Double Check) 75k
Expected year 1 compensation totals above $85000 with it increasing in future years
