This posting is for a Staff Psychologist - Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP). The selectee will provide a full range of clinical services. The selected Psychologist will be a member is a multidisciplinary team that provides a full range of services for Veterans experiencing problems with homelessness mental health diagnoses psychosocial challenges and/or substance use disorders. The MHRRTP Psychologist conducts assessments of personality and cognitive functioning to help inform the development of treatment plan and support Veterans recovery and well-being. The selected Psychologist will practice on an interdisciplinary team providing crisis interventions evidenced-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care. Some of the duties include but are not limited to;
Work Schedule: The primary tour of duty will be M-F 8am to 4:30pm. However the selectee may be required to work or travel between any of the locations within Corporate Orlando including the Lake Nona campus. The selectee may also be required to work various shifts on a permanent or temporary basis based on patient care needs.

Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time offer per year (13-26 days of annual leave 13 days of sick leave 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
Parental Leave: After 12 months of employment up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave in connection with the birth adoption or foster care placement of a child.
Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment full time employees with a total family income below $144000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66.

This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave. Such credit must be requested and approved prior to the appointment date and is not guaranteed.
