Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MSIs Global Sales Operations organization. The Global Business Operations Intern will be responsible for developing AI tools for our Sales and Sales Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation
Conduct research on AI tools platforms and industry best practices for automation development
Test AI models for automation prior to release to production
Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy AI automation solutions
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Business Finance Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with AI and utilizing it for process automation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Work Suite
