We are seeking a Supervisor Operations Management.
Provides leadership and strategic oversight to the Operations Management group planning and directing production manufacturing and related service activities. Ensures that all operational inputs (including processes equipment and technology) work together seamlessly to deliver efficient and effective outputs. Collaborates closely with Product Manufacturing Finance Logistics and other key stakeholders to optimize every stage of the operational workflow. Core responsibilities include overseeing operational procurement ensuring timely material delivery managing equipment acquisition and utilization and allocating resources effectively including human resources.
Responsabilities
- Provides front-line supervision of Operations and Manufacturing team for specific product or set of products within the manufacturing site
- Plans operational work of team and ensures all contributors are in place and closely coordinated
- Validates that all materials tools and equipment necessary are available and operational
- Coordinates closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure the planned production output is met and interdependencies are understood
- Removes practical barriers for team members
- Reports activities on a frequent basis
- Has direct responsibility for accuracy service and results of the team
- Develops tactical plans schedules and key milestones
- Monitors daily progress and makes adjustments to ensure optimal performance and service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- Typically 46 years of experience in Operations Management
- Green Belt and Black Belt certifications will be considered strong assets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good business English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Availability to work 100% on-site at our Manaus AM office
