As an engineer on our team youll do more than maintainyoull innovate at the intersection of engineering and AI. Youll design and ship new features scale our platform architecture for growth and leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate development and solve complex problems. Along the way youll expand your expertise across a modern tech stack including Go React Ruby on Rails MySQL and Redis while exploring cutting-edge AI technologies that are reshaping how we build software. What youll get to do...

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go or Ruby (Rails) with frontend contributions in React
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code leveraging AI tools daily (e.g. Copilot ChatGPT) to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes; build automation for faster time to market
• Collaborate on a high-impact Scrum team embracing agile methodologies for continuous delivery
• Participate in DevOps release and on-call activities; monitor metrics and drive process improvement

Your experience should include...

• 2 years backend development experience with Go (preferred) or building APIs and scalable services
• Solid foundation in React with JavaScript or TypeScript;
• Familiarity with UI Design API design data modeling
• Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud platforms
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and feature flag/experimentation-driven development

You might also have...

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with strong CS fundamentals
• Experience with Ruby (Rails) Java TypeScript or Vue
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes microservices and DevOps practices
• Experience building tools/frameworks/automation for quality delivery
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot ChatGPT Claude) to enhance development workflows
