Position Description:
Functional consultant (Junior) for TMA for Airbus (Level 2 Support)
No specific previous knowledge or experience needed for this positionLocation: SpainEmployment Type: HybridJob Description: We are seeking for a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner). The ideal candidate will be responsible for data and user management resolving incidents analyzing system issues and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in Responsibilities:* Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents service requests and data/user management* Analyze and troubleshoot system issues ensuring timely resolution* Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvements* Support configuration changes and testing activities* Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
* Escalation to level 3 if needed
Requirements:* (Nice to have) Experience in SAP MM
* (Nice to have) Experience with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy)
* (Nice to have) Understanding of basic procurement process and supplier master data in SAP* Experience with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy)* Good communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Languages: (MANDATORY) English mandatory (B2-C1) & very nice to have French B1-B2
