About the Position

The Cluster APAC Farm Advisory Manager is a role responsible for defining the strategy roadmap and performance framework for the Farm Advisory in each Market Areas in the APAC cluster. The role provides strategic direction and governance while acting as the escalation point for complex customer issues related to dairy farm performance and operational outcomes. The position support each Market Area driving bestinclass dairy farm performance advisory methodologies and technology deployment. The role plays a critical part in enhancing customer experience and delivering measurable improvements in milk quality production efficiency cost of milk animal health and reproduction.

The Cluster APAC Farm Advisory Manager ensures strong integration of advisory services into capital goods and after maket sales funnels enabling valuebased selling farm audits and consultative solution design. The role works closely with the global Farm Advisory team to shape and deploy aligned strategies standardized tools processes KPIs and digital advisory platforms across APAC while representing the cluster as a member of theDeLaval Scientific Committee.

Key responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:

Develop APAC Farm Advisory strategic plan in line with global direction.
Support multimarket advisory teams by ensuring high performance strong collaboration and consistent delivery standards.

Customer Outcomes & Advisory Programs

Design and implement structured advisory programs (e.g. farm performance plan) with clear measurement frameworks.
Provide expertise across key technical areas (herd management reproduction nutrition cow comfort parlor/robotic efficiency).
Utilize digital advisory tools and dashboards to monitor farm performance generate insights and support proactive advisory actions.

Commercial Integration

Support each Market Area in achieving farm management performance including local KPI delivery advisory program implementation capability building and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Sales Service and Channel teams to embed advisory in presales scoping solution development commissioning and postinstallation optimization.
Support CG and AM growth through datadriven value articulation payback modelling and advisorylinked commercial strategies.

Capability Development

Support each Market Area to build a robust regional training framework including systematic development and certification of advisors basing on competency metrix
Support each MA on strengthen advisory capabilities among dealers and partners where aplicable

Qualifications and experience

To be successful in this role you should have:

Bachelors degree or above in Animal Science Veterinary Medicine Dairy Science Agronomy Agricultural Engineering or other relevant fields
8 years in dairy farm advisory technical service or herdperformance management.
3 years experience managing multimarket or technical advisory organizations.
Experience in the dairy industry strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading advisory teams across regions; ability to influence without authority and manage diverse teams.
High proficiency in data analysis digital advisory tools and farm performance dashboards.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Computer literate. MS office software knowledge is essential.
Strong communication and relationship
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Good planning and organizational skills along with a high degree of detail orientation
High level of motivation and commitment to continuously improve results & performance
