SALARY:Starting Salary Opportunity: $ 118400
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS:Bonus at Target: $41440
This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business resultspursuant tothe Bonus Plan; listedamountare targeted values and notguarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager Commercial Planning plays a pivotal role in shaping & executing the strategic direction of our commercial operations. You will be responsible for leading a team in submitting key deliverables for the overall organization monthly volume / share / industry LE 10YP outlining the key priorities for the business long term setting the annual budget for Canada etc. Your expertise will guide data-driven decision-making strategic forecasting and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our market position and achieve long-term success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead forecasting of volume / share / industry and analyze market trends to inform decisions
- Oversee budget allocation and monitor expenditures for ROI
- Manage and mentor a team of commercial planners
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing Finance and Product teams
- Track and report on KPIs and performance trends
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and risks
- Implement best practices and process enhancements
- Ensure adherence to regulations and manage risks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in Business Finance or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in CPG preferably in a commercial sales operations or trade finance role.
- Strong understanding of CPG commercial levers (e.g. pricing trade spend mix distribution).
- Expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies
- Skills in financial forecasting budgeting and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively across departments & with external partners
- Advanced skills in tools like Microsoft Excel PowerBI etc.
- Effective team management and motivational skills
- Insightful understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Creative approach to process improvement and strategic challenges
