Licensed Mental Health Therapist SUD/MH Telehealth Programs
Brightside Health () is a leading tech-enabled healthcare company. We are looking to hire Washington Statelicensed mental health clinicians (LMHC LICSW or LMFT) who are passionate about treating adults with mental health and substance use needs.
Our outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are catered to the distinctive needs of individual adults incorporating mostly 1:1 sessions and the opportunity to facilitate group therapy. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices prioritizing personalized and culturally responsive care. What Were Looking For:
Independent Washington State license required: LMHC LICSW or LMFT
Licensed independently as a therapist for at least 1 year
Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing CBT and other evidence-based interventions to adult populations
Availability to provide a minimum of 9 hours weekly; open MondaySunday with no weekend requirement
Must welcome treating all backgrounds and be committed to delivering culturally responsive care
Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
Your Role as a Therapist at Brightside Health:
Provide structured effective and developmentally appropriate therapy to adults enrolled in our Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder programs
Work in-office on a recurring basis in Bellevue WA as Brightsides liaison for state surveys audits and compliance-related tasks
Location:th Ave SE Bellevue WA 98004
Frequency: Minimum 2x per month (weekly preferred)
Timeframe: Ideally 9:00am2:00pm flexible on days
Compensation: $200 weekly stipend mileage reimbursement session pay
Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical leadership to address the unique needs of clients (case consultation meetings are optional and available)
Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly Salesforce EHR
Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and coordinated care
Engage as part of a growing therapist community
