Proposals Engineer Datacenters & AI

• Prepare DCS proposals for power industry projects including new generation retrofits renewable power applications and datacenter/AIfocused solutions.

• Define proposal strategies that align with customer requirements organizational goals and market insights.

• Collaborate across teams to validate technical feasibility engineering requirements and costeffective solutions.

• Engage directly with customers to communicate Emersons capabilities and understand application needs.

• Develop optimal project cost structures that mitigate technical risk and strengthen competitive positioning.

• Support presentations interviews and negotiations using deep understanding of customer applications and industry competition.

• Partner effectively with sales engineering project teams and global offices as needed to deliver cohesive proposal packages.

• BS degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related STEM fieldor equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

• Experience with control systems such as PLC DCS or SCADA.
• Knowledge of or experience with the Ovation DCS platform.
• Background in proposal development cost estimating or project engineering.
• Experience working with datacenter applications or customers.
