The Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) is a specialized professional who provides and improves care for patients with end-stage renal disease acute kidney injury and late-stage chronic kidney disease. This RN acts as a primary nurse for ESRD patients & help patients navigate the healthcare system. They must demonstrate leadership & fostering a safe supportive environment they contribute to discussions with interdisciplinary teams support colleagues and promote evidence-based practices.
