We are currently expanding our plant with a new second production line and are hiring immediately.

What Youll Do Every Day

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes mills etc.).
Load and unload machines and monitor machining processes.
Perform tool changes offsets and basic CNC programming adjustments.
Inspect parts using micrometers calipers and other measuring tools.
Check first parts and make process corrections when needed.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
Perform routine housekeeping and basic machine service work.
Assist with training new operators as experience grows.

What Were Looking For

2 years of CNC machine operation experience.
Experience with tooling offsets and tool changes.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma CNC apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with machining processes such as turning milling drilling grinding or polishing.
Siemens 840D or crankshaft processing experience is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
