As a Marketing Specialist Senior youll lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that elevate the Prime Health Services brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign management content creation and driving measurable results.
What Youll Do
- Lead marketing projects from start to finish including scoping timelines approvals and on-time execution.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital email social PR events and collateral.
- Craft and refine marketing assets such as sales sheets product messaging presentations letters and internal communications.
- Coordinate conference and event marketing including pre-show outreach booth collateral signage and follow-up communications.
- Manage social media calendars scheduling posting and basic analytics reporting.
- Write and edit newsletters press releases and announcements.
- Collect and analyze market/campaign performance data; recommend improvements.
- Partner with sales operations and leadership to support campaigns and internal initiatives.
- Work with external vendors/agencies to manage timelines asset delivery and brand alignment.
- Maintain organized marketing files templates and processes; recommend workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of marketing experience (B2B or healthcare/insurance experience a plus).
- Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project ownership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as social scheduling tools email marketing systems CMS platforms and reporting tools.
