Order Support CSR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Order Support CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized customer-focused and comfortable working with computer systems to support daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone email and in person with professionalism and efficiency
Draft and respond to professional emails in a clear and courteous manner
Process and track purchase orders accurately
Assist with inventory management including data entry and reporting
Utilize basic Excel functions to organize update and analyze data
Resolve customer inquiries and provide product/order information in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service office administration or related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas sorting data entry)
Experience with purchase orders and inventory systems a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday
