Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in stick welding the ability to read blueprints and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This role plays a key part in producing durable high-quality metal components that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welding Operations: Perform stick welding to join metal components ensuring strong clean and precise welds.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up adjust and maintain welding equipment including selecting appropriate electrodes and settings for various materials.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for accuracy strength and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience with stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures
Dependable team-oriented and safety-conscious
