- Source screen and interview caregiver candidates (PCA/CNA/HHA)
- Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
- Conduct new hire orientations ensuring caregivers understand company policies expectations and care standards

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and employee files
