Job Description Summary:
The Contract Representative 1 supports steps within the full lifecycle of contract management under close direction from a supervisor/manager or mentor. This is a pipeline development role for introduction to the Contracts function which is compliance and task focused on the contract acceptance/set-up and execution phases while establishing expertise for standard types of agreements. The Contract Representative interacts primarily with internal customers on cross-functional teams with increasing interactions with external customer points of contact as experienced is gained.Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Ownership of a variety of system-driven input tasks and reporting output tasks
Prepare and submit routine correspondence and other contractually required compliance notifications
Create and manage standard types of agreements in alignment with internal stakeholders and functional best practices
Monitor performance and collect documentation for the satisfaction of agreement requirements
Perform Contract review under the guidance of a supervisor/manager/mentor and research disconnects / provide recommendations for resolution
Manage records within an assigned Program Portfolio or Business Area for required internal approvals official contract files and correspondence deliverables documentation etc.
Assist with audit support other contracting lifecycle actions and special projects
Adhere to company policies and government contracting regulations

Basic understanding of how businesses work
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team-player
Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills for diverse and voluminous standard workload
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within complex multi-step processes as part of a cross-functional team
Basic-to-strong written communication skills
Curious intellect ability to learn on the fly and desire to grow and develop professionally
Ability to identify analyze and suggest solutions for problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and work in a variety of systems
Education
Bachelors degree in relevant field of study required
Experience
1-3 years of relevant Contracts functional experience or related business experience preferred

$62500.00 - $140000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
