Description -
Lead mechanical design validation for new product development ensuring strong design integrity reliability and usercentric performance.
Design and execute test strategies for mechanical hardware parts sub-assembly/module and integrated product.
Digital transformation processes by automating workflows test execution data collection and analytics.
Integrate development data telemetry to enhance design insights R&D decisionmaking and efficiency.
Apply statistics (Weibull Binomial etc) analysis tools and DOE methodologies to characterize performance and resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with internal teams outsourced partners and suppliers to align on design validation progress risks and technical decisions.
Lead engineering project teams to develop innovative costeffective test and highquality product solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and strengthen team technical competencies.
Integrate Agentic AI approaches to improve test validation and development processes.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Engineering statistics
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience preferably in engineering design and solutions implementation across hardware development lifecycle or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Experienced in industrial standards testing of consumer products.
(Advantage) Develops Agentic AI for workflow and processes.
(Advantage) Scripting/coding through common languages like Visual C Python or/and data science tools.
