Responsibilities and Tasks

Preventive Maintenance Regime

Timely generation and closure of Work Orders for PM and CM

Plan; liaise with vendors;raise necessary permits; execution; and completion of PM works

Retrieve relevant SOP/RA/PTP and PM checklist

Execute PMschedulingandPreventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities.

Progressive Replacement Regime

Plan; liaise with vendors; review PTP and RA; raise necessary permits; execute complete and track the status of Progressive Maintenance Regime in tracking file.

Check; draw; and prepare inventories for use in the regime

Evaluate& enablecontinuous improvementformechanical systems and Micronprograms

Root CauseAnalysis

Assistequipment engineer in root cause finding through 8D report adopting 5-Whys; verification of suspected root cause; perform corrective actions; and preventive actions to prevent recurrence

Administratedocumentation in Standard Operating Procedure Risk Assessment Energy Isolation Procedure and Pre-Task-Plan

Attendtroubleshootingof systemabnormalities andassistor lead system recovery.

Supervise out-sourced contract service provider toperformancework activities in accordancetodefined scope of work and systemrequirement.

Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order equipmenthistoryand project tracking.

Maintain equipment and system maintenance record for work history traceability.

Track andmonitorequipmentspare parts and consumable inventory.

Provide feedback on detail design concept and specifications for installation of new capital equipment and/or system expansion project

Sitesupervisionfor installation of new capital equipment and/or system expansion project at critical milestone during construction phase

Provides support forstart uptesting and commissioning of new equipment andsystem.

Support & implementfeasibleSMART Facilitiesintiative

Enforcetocompanys environmental safetyhealth policyandprocedure standard operatingprocedurewith risk assessment good housekeepingstandardand quality policy when performing work.

Utilize available software and tools to automate routine maintenance tasks (Filter trackingFMS Work order assessment etc.)

Job Requirements:

Diplomain Mechanicalengineeringor equivalent related field(covering 90% of mechanical Engineering Diploma course)withminimum of3years experienceinrelevant mechanical field.

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedure and installation work

Experiencesin hands on maintenance of mechanical system

Make-up Air Unit (MAU); Vertical Laminar Flow fan (VLF); Recirculating Unit (RCU); Air Handling Unit (AHU); and Fan Coil Unit (FCU)

Exhaust Systems (Acid Exhaust; Caustic Exhaust; Solvent Exhaust; and General Exhaust)

Wet Scrubbers and Solvent Abatement

Chillers

Cooling Towers

Pumps (Condenser Water Pumps; Chilled Water Pumps; Hot Water Pumps; Process Cooling Water Pumps)

Process Vacuum Pump

Water Treatment (Condenser Water withNewaterand Recycled water; Chilled Water; Process Cooling Water; and Hot Water)

Hands onexperience in equipment maintenance / overhauls

Ability to analyze maintenance service reports or overhaul reports

Ability to understand and use schematicsingle-linedrawing and related equipment and system documentation.

Ability to work in a team environment with various professionallevel.

Ability to analyzePLC drawing / Electrical VSD will be a plus
