Auswide Bank is seeking an experienced Operations Support Officer to join our Support Services Operations February 2025 Auswide Bank merged with MyState Bank to become a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Bank Limited part of the MyState Limited Group.

This role is suited to a detail-oriented banking professional who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering accurate timely and compliant outcomes. This is a permanent part-time position (36 hours per fortnight) and is based with the team in Bundaberg.
As a Support Operations Officer you will provide high-quality operational and administrative support across a broad range of banking services. You will be responsible for managing reconciliations regulatory reporting estates processing investigations and first-line risk activities while contributing to continuous improvement within Support Services.
This role requires previous experience working in a banking or customer specialist environment at a competent level.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Experience or willingness to develop skills in Six Sigma Nintex and SharePoint will be highly regarded.
