Batch Plant Operator

What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant systems to ensure accurate and timely production.
- Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to support continuous operations.
- Safely load materials and manage inventory to meet production goals.
- Complete required documentation inspections and quality checks.
- Work collaboratively with plant and dispatch teams to support customer needs.

- Capability to operate and learn batching systems heavy equipment and related technology.
- Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced production environment.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
