On the Bell Business Markets team youll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. Youll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT Mobility/5G Cloud Cyber Security Voice Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

Join Bell Wholesales dynamic Connectivity team where innovation meets execution. As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our high-capacity connectivity solutions including DWDM wavelength services and dark fiber offerings. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in technology or product management who are passionate about enabling next-generation network infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineering sales finance and operationsto drive product strategy support large-scale RFPs and deliver enhancements that meet evolving customer needs. Your work will directly influence Bells ability to provide cutting-edge connectivity solutions to wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for wavelength and/or dark fiber servicesfrom concept to end-of-lifeensuring competitive positioning and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligning with market trends and customer requirements.
  • Support large RFPs and bids providing pricing strategies and financial modeling to secure major deals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and optimize costs maintaining full P&L accountability for your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to introduce new features and streamline delivery processes.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing promotion and product enhancements.

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or technology roles related to DWDM wavelength services or dark fiber.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and willingness to learn systems and technology concepts (TM forum standards Telco BSS/OSS architecture service assurance / inventory systems)
  • Knowledge and experience in working with RESTful web services and web applications would be an asset
  • Knowledge of modern architecture design concepts including RESTful web services Microservices Domain Driven Design Event Stream Processing

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
