Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Under the supervision of the Health and Safety Manager the School Nurse will be responsible for the following missions:
Plan organize and provide nursing care based on clinical observations or medical prescriptions.
Manage emergency situations and coordinate external medical care/referrals when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date medical records keep parents informed and report regularly to school leadership.
Support the school integration of students with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
Act as a health advisor within the educational team.
Design and implement prevention programs and health/hygiene education initiatives.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Diploma in Nursing or Health Science
School experience desired
Proficiency in English and French as the nurse will have to deal with French students
Ability to work in a team
Excellent listening skills for children and teenager from 3 to 18 years old
Ability to make quick and efficient decisions
Respect the confidentiality of medical files
Demonstrate patience and human skills
Ability to cope with situational pressure dealing with students
Ability to work with different IT systems.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Fixed term contract for 4 months (from March 2026)
38 hours a week
Remuneration will be based on company salary scale

RESPONSABILITES:
Sous la supervision du Responsable santé et sécurité linfirmier(ère) scolaire devra assurer la mission suivante:
Prévoir organiser et dispenser des soins à partir de ses propres observations ou sur prescription médicale
Faire face aux situations durgence et organiser une prise en charge extérieure si nécessaire
Maintenir à jour les documents relatifs aux soins dispensés informer les parents et rendre compte à la direction
Favoriser lintégration scolaire des jeunes en situation de handicap ou atteints de maladies chroniques
Agir au sein de léquipe éducative comme conseiller en matière de santé
Concevoir et mettre en place des actions de prévention et déducation à lhygiène et à la santé
Accomplir toute autre tâche qui pourrait lui être confié par le supérieur hiérarchique.
COMPETENCES APTITUDES FORMATIONS REQUISES :
Diplôme dEtat dInfirmière ou équivalent
Expérience en milieu scolaire souhaitée
Bonne maîtrise du francais et de langlais
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Ecoute des besoins des enfants et adolescents de 3 à 18 ans
Prise de décisions rapides et efficaces
Respect de la confidentialité des dossiers
Faire preuve de patience et de qualités humaines
Capable de supporter des situations émotionnelles difficiles et répétitives
A laise avec les outils informatiques
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL :
Contrat temporaire de 4 mois (à partir de mars 2026)
Rémunération sera attribuée en fonction de la grille salariale
