Job Summary

Own company vision strategy & P&L

Scale product technology finance & operations

Build and lead a high-performance leadership team * Lead fundraising (VC / PE / debt) & investor relations

Drive partnerships with banks & ecosystem players

Ensure strong governance compliance & risk management

Ideal background CEO / COO / MD experience in fintech tech or financial services

Deep exposure to payments UPI prepaid cards lending wealth-tech payment gateways

Proven track record of scaling businesses & raising capital * Strong strategic communication & stakeholder management skills * Experience in fast-growth regulated environments (Ex: ICIC Prepaid Cards Happay VA Tech or similar)

Requirements

Proven CEO COO or MD-level experience in fintech technology or financial services
Deep domain expertise in payments UPI prepaid cards lending wealth-tech or payment gateways
Demonstrated success in scaling high-growth businesses and raising capital
Strong strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience operating in fast-growth regulated environments

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
