Hiring via DamaRec for an international client
Were hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with a founder of a fast-growing international company and act as their operational right hand.
This is not a basic admin role. Youll help keep communication tight priorities clear and operations running smoothly across teams clients and production partners.
What Youll Do
Manage the founders calendar inbox and daily priorities
Coordinate communication with clients teams and external partners
Track tasks follow-ups and internal workflows
Support recruitment onboarding and basic team coordination
Assist with lead research and email outreach
Prepare short summaries reports and updates
Proactively fix gaps and keep things moving
Requirements
Required Qualifications
24 years experience as an Executive / Virtual Assistant
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Strong organization follow-up and time management
Comfortable supporting founders in a fast-moving environment
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace Notion/Asana basic CRM tools)
Working Hours
4:00 PM or 5:00 PM 1:00 AM (Egypt time)
Fully remote
